RETURNS POLICY
MyPotsMyPan.com.au will gladly replace any goods that are delivered to their destination in a faulty or damaged condition. Customers must lodge notification (in writing – via email: sales@ MyPotsMyPan.com.au) of their intention to return such goods to the MyPotsMyPan.com.au within 24 hours of the product’s delivery.
MyPotsMyPan.com.au will provide instructions as to how to return the faulty or damaged product. MyPotsMyPan.com.au will exchange any undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase transaction if the product is returned in its original packaging and is submitted with proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt, and/or packaging slip). MyPotsMyPan.com.au does not reimburse delivery and handling charges where a customer has made an incorrect choice regarding a product. Note: customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk. We also ask that you include a note explaining the reason for the product return, together with a daytime contact telephone number so that we can contact you.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 3 to 10 working days for standard rate of delivery.
Your parcel will be delivered by either Australia's parcel post service or a Courier during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable deliver time or collected from a depot notified by the courier.
Parcels that have an incorrect address will automatically be returned to MyPotsMyPan.com.au, at a cost for additional postage and $10 administration fee, payable by the customer.
Under no circumstances does MyPotsMyPan.com.au ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time.
